These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pagesss (the “Service”), an AI-powered website builder operated by Dealiverym Co., Ltd.(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

pagesss lets you generate, edit, publish, and host web pages using AI. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans and one-time purchases (including domain registration) are billed through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for orders placed on the Service. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to use it.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
