This Refund Policy applies to purchases of pagesss subscriptions and services made through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
1. Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
2. Domain Registrations
Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable once the registration has been submitted to the registry, because the cost is incurred immediately and cannot be reversed. Please double-check the domain spelling before purchasing.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@dealiverym.comfrom the address associated with your account, including your order reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
